Service Cancellation

Landscape design services are custom and personalized to each client's needs. Once design work has commenced, cancellation policies apply as follows:

• Cancellation before design work begins: Full refund of any deposit paid
• Cancellation after design work begins but before completion: Refund of deposit minus work completed
• Cancellation after design completion: No refund, but design materials remain your property

Installation Services

For installation services, cancellation and refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Materials ordered specifically for your project may not be returnable
• Labor costs for completed work are non-refundable
• Unused materials may be eligible for return subject to supplier policies
• Refunds are processed within 30 days of approved cancellation

Maintenance Services

Ongoing maintenance service contracts may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Refunds for prepaid services will be prorated based on services not yet rendered.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and materials. Specific warranty terms are provided in service agreements. Generally, we provide:

• Workmanship warranty for installation services
• Plant replacement guarantee for plants that fail within specified period
• Irrigation system warranty per manufacturer specifications

Warranty claims must be reported promptly and may require site inspection.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary:

• Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
• Check refunds: 14-21 business days
• Bank transfer refunds: 3-5 business days
